The food
Every dish you order at Sensu Sushi and Izakaya contains the soul, technique and taste of Southeast Asia and Japan, prepared with the best techniques and tools. Including original Japanese Konro charcoal grills. They are careful with the spices and the way they make their dressings. You should be able to taste the good ingredients - "less is more".

Some of the chefs' favorites, although they obviously love all their food, are the tasty, juicy, crispy Karaage with lots of Yuzu mayo, the Sensu Signature Kaburimaki with spiny lobster or the addictive Wagyu beef.

Don't forget to add a good Sake or a delicious cocktail, such as the Sensu Signature, with Sloe gin, bourbon, Amaretto, simple syrup and Kalamansi juice.

Atmosphere
Sensu Sushi and Izakaya work hard on their food. And they also have a lot of experience making cocktails. But in the end, the most important thing for them is to give you good service and a warm-hearted experience.

The design of Sensu Sushi and Izakaya is the result of owner Loke Busch's design and work with the vision of creating spaces with deliberately good acoustics and plenty of space for a relaxed and lively atmosphere, where you can have a good time with friends and family.

Sensu Sushi and Izakaya is located in Ørestad, less than a 10-minute walk from Vestamager Metro and about 15 minutes from Royal Arena. If you are driving, 'Robert Jacobsen Parkeringshus' is just 4 minutes from the restaurant.

At Sensu Sushi and Izakaya, they believe that good food doesn't have to be harmful to the environment. In an effort to reduce their impact on the environment, they do their best to buy sustainably and always have organic rice and certified sustainable fish. Packaging is recycled cardboard and plastic, and food waste and frying oil are converted into biofuel. The charcoal is made from coconut shells and is 100% CO2 neutral.
